Playing the game

Sticky Road works offline and does not require an account. This version has no advertisements, in-app purchases, tracking or remote gameplay analytics. The app does not send your saved progress or gameplay activity to us. Playtest analytics and report collection are disabled in the App Store version.

Information stored on your device

The game stores your progress and settings on your device so you can continue playing. This includes completed levels, stars, coins, unlocked cars, upgrades, best results, local play statistics, tutorial progress and settings such as language and sound. The game may keep a local recovery copy of the save.

These records stay in the app's local storage. We do not operate a cloud-save service or have remote access to your game save. Your device's own backup and restore settings are separate from any service provided by us.

To start over, use Settings → Reset progress and confirm. To remove the app and its local data from the device, use Delete App in iOS; Offload App keeps app data. Device backups may retain a copy under your backup settings.

Contacting support

If you email us, we receive your email address, your message and any attachments or other details you choose to send. We use that correspondence to respond, investigate the issue and provide support. Relevant correspondence may be retained for handling and following up on the request. Our email provider processes messages to deliver and store them. Please do not send passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Contact alper@paxgames.io with questions about information you have sent us, including a request to delete support correspondence.

Visiting the support website

Opening our public support or privacy pages makes a network request to the website host. The hosting service may process ordinary request information, such as an IP address, requested page, request time and browser information, to serve and operate the website and maintain security. This is separate from offline gameplay; the game does not upload your progress when you visit these pages.

We will update this policy if the app's data practices change. The date and app version above identify the practices described here.
